They could login over there with the userid & password assigned to them & make proper changes in the name server.

How Do I Transfer My Domain Name If It Is Registered With Other Registrar?
You can visit the URL http://domains.stpwebhosting.com/ and initiate the domain name transfer request. Once you are done, you will receive an authorization mail from your current registrar and from us at your current admin email address of the domain name, you need to approve them.

Can STP Host A Non-U.S. Domain Name?
Yes. However, you are responsible for registering the domain in the country you wish. We can only register the domain name with extensions .com, .net, .org, .biz & .info.
