If the MySQL database is included in your plan then you can add it following the below mentioned steps:
1) Login your control panel (HELM).
2) Click on the icon named 'Domains'.
3) Click on the domain name in question.
4) Click on the icon named 'Database Manager'.
5) Click on 'Add New'.
6) Select the database type as 'MySQL' and provide the desired database name.
You are done!
If it is not included in your plan then you will have to pay $10 as one-time setup charge of database.
