The upgrade will affect mainly those users who are using FrontPage. The FrontPage is discontinued from the latest cPanel version. Please see below URL:

The latest cPanel has removed the support for FrontPage extensions and will not be available in the latest cPanel version. If you have developed your website using FrontPage, you should immediately contact your developers.
