Scheduled maintenance to perform an offline chkdsk, Windows updates and SmarterMail 12.2 Mail Server Upgrade

Dear Valued Clients,
We have been notified by our data center technicians that our shared mail server [72.18.135.50] requires an offline chkdsk. The file system errors are preventing them to take good backups.
We are also going to perform the following tasks during this maintenance window:
(1) Windows updates installation (2) A version upgrade of SmarterMail mail server from 11.7 to 12.2

Saturday June 28, 2014 at 11:00 PM MST
Maintenance Impact & ETA of Outage:
During the maintenance, you may face a service problem with respects to accessing your email account via webmail, POP3, IMAP and SMTP. Since this server has a relatively high file counts and the duration of the chkdsk is also not predicable, this maintenance will require several hours to complete.
